The google conversion says 8:15MST is 10:15EST, though I do have a habit of getting paranoid over this stuff so even though I'm pretty sure I'm correct here, just wanted to confirm it with others who may have done it as well.

I am still waiting for mine as well. I'm thinking about giving them till Tuesday-wednesday next week since it is easter soon and that might be slowing them down. If I don't get it by then I will contact them once more and give it 2ish days, and if that does not work I will contact my MP

Thanks for your reply. I emailed them an hour ago complaining about it, and I just got mine lol someone needs to push them a bit lol
