Medical not getting updated

I applied for SDS visa on 4th march and got my biometrics on 7th March. The medical section in my application status says that I don't need a medical exam whereas I have already given my medical and updated it during submitting application. Any idea if it will get updated later?

Can take a few weeks to update file if you did upfront medical. You can raise a webform. Assume this is for a Masters/Phd program.
