About to lose my Pr status but Im married a Canadian Citizen.

If i lose my Pr status by being absent from Canada more than 3 years, can i reapply again if im married a Canadian citizen?

I have a longterm partner who lost her pr status due to spending more than 3 years outside of Canada. Will she be able ro regain her pr status if I marry her? I'm a Canadian citizen. Thanks
