Hlo.
I am planning to apply my PGWP and extension for spousal open work permit. Will new guidelines apply on me? I have completed two year full time program in Ontario. Do I need full time job letter for PGWP? Please help me and let me know.

There were no changes to PGPW guidelines. You need a job with 3 paystubs.
