WES - Academic Records Request Form

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and urgently need some expert guidance about my WES Academic Records Request form. I've filled out all the necessary details in my section and signed the form, but I forgot to include the date. Does anyone know if WES will reject the form for this, or will they ask me to resubmit it with the date added? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Which form are you talking about? You need to submit that form to your Uni to send your docs to WES directly....
