Hello! I'm searching help about a Visitor Visa I requested almost two weeks ago on March 1st. Today I got an email about being able to schedule my appointment to have my biometrics taken, however, in this process I'm asked for an IRCC No., which is supposed to be in a BIL, I realized that I have not got this letter yet on my application message box. When I did the application it stated that this process was free for the visitor visa for my country, so I'm not sure what could be the problem or if I should wait a little bit more to receive it.
I was wondering if something similar has happened to somebody or if this is normal. Thank you!
