Missing 50 Points for Valid Job offer

I am currently on IEC (international experience Canada) with an Open Work Permit and have a job, and a job offer. Noc 50010.

I am applying for Express Entry, and Only have 509 points, I was expecting to have an additional 50 points due to my valid job offer.

I think what is tripping me up is this line:

Is X's job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?
NO

Will my job offer ever be valid if I can't say yes to this? I was under the impression that IEC was a valid LMIA exception?

You have to be on a closed work permit to get 50 points. You are on an IEC open work permit so a job offer doesn’t give you 50 points. If on a LMIA exempt work permit, it would be a closed work permit.
