NB student connection - proof of funds

I am going to apply for PR under NB student connection stream. Would i need to maintain an account and show proof of funds, if yes how much money do i need to have in my account. I just finished my Masters from UNB. Thank you.

It is an EE stream, so you follow POF for Express Entry since you don’t have a year of Canadian experience.
