Hello Everyone,

This thread, I am initiating if anyone is there in similar situation as mine. My wife had sponsored her parents, got invitation in 2018 . Medical done in April 2019. Nothing after that.
Checking if anyone has similar situation and experience and can share here. May be helpful for many people

Time line in is in my signatures as well as listed here again

PGP Invitation received: 31-08-2018
File sent to CIC: 13-09-2018
File Received at CIC: 17-09-2018
AOR: December 3rd-2018
SA Start Processing: Feb 22, 2019
SA Decision Made: March 22, 2019
SA Email received: March 27, 2019
Medical requested: April 3, 2019
Medical Submitted: April 15, 2019
Medical Passed: April 26, 2019

Have you ordered GCMS notes or made any other inquiries about your application since it’s been around 5 years since there have been any updates to your file? Did you meet 3 years of LICO when you applied for PGP and have you continued to meet LICO based on your family size since then?

Yes, I had ordered GCMS notes multiple times. The only note in GCMS make sense to me is "File referred/Transferred to Delhi Visa office". I had make web enquiry as well and did not got any answer for that.

I am 100% sure, I met LICO for 3 years and still without any issue.


Thank you again for your help. Looks like I am the only here from 2018 PGP cases. Strange!

Hire an immigration lawyer and do a writ of mandamus to force IRCC to make a decision.
