Hi All, I got invitation from OINP EE HCP CEC previously on Dec 14, 2023 and my application package was already submitted. However, today I just realized that ATIO translation is required for my marriage certificate. In my application package I submitted a certified translation that I used previously for my wife's work permit application which is not from ATIO accredited translator.
Right now the solution I'm given is to find an ATIO translator and submit the new translation immediately using the OINP webform.
My question is -
1. I'm wondering if it's going to cause negative impact on my application if I submit additional document without a request from OINP's side? Will they reject outright because of it?
2. Or should I just wait for OINP to request additional documents? I'm also worried they will reject outright without even requesting a new translation.
3. Or maybe a certified translation will actually work?
A separate question if needing to submit it using the webform - how do I submit it actually? I've heard a lot of people talking about submitting using the webform, but it seems like the webform itself doesn't allow any such functionality, and I would have to email the files to ontarionominee@ontario.ca I just want to confirm if that's the case?
Please help I got laid off recently and my work permit is going to expire soon so this OINP is like my last hope.
