I got LAA on 21 Dec 2023
Submitted full application 14 Feb 2024
but I have not gotten a file number and my application says received. What could be the problem? Please reply if you have any idea because I need to submit the sp2 within 30 days of application submission .

You'll get it, give it a bit more time as they're currently overwhelmed with applications. Have you submitted your SP2?
