I did. Applied 3rd December 2023 and received the approval by 14th of february on 21st February I had the original owp in my mail.

Applied: 3rd December 23
Approval: 14th February 24
OWP Mail: 21st February
My Outland application before I been in Canada I did a mistake (was denied missing LMIA) but the timeline was the same kinda.
