Same for me they said on December 2023 that they are waiting for 3rd party, but I thought they are waiting for my Fingerprints but now I submitted + BC completed again on Feb 01 2024, meaning I am back for waiting again.

Let's hope that we should start see movement by March ( 12 Months cycle time )

I asked my MP to contact IRCC for an update and below is their reply:
Good afternoon,
I placed an inquiry with the IRCC and was able to determine the following regarding your citizenship application:
Application was received on June 27th, 2023
For ABC and XYZ's assessments,
Standard processing time for this kind of application is 15 months. If you would like to place another inquiry for another status update, please feel free to contact the office or reply to this email in two weeks. I hope that this may be of assistance.

- Residence not started
- Security passed
- Criminality passed
- I was reassured by the agent that everything looks alright
- Currently verifying the link to biological parents

seems in Grant DF they are always verifying something but it just depends case by case

Hello,I was Grant DF waiting for Prohibitions, finally my prohibitions got complete on February 19 and update on tracker yesterday.

Finally, I just checked it Now .....
I GOT An update on my Tracker for my LPP today February 22.2024
All turned green ( completed) although , it say update date is February 20,2024 .
Now waiting for last stage , Oath ceremony ( not started )
As I always saying, DF , make it little late but one day it will End
( I think IRCC are trying to finish files in 12 month's, though the website still keeping it as 15 month's
