Work permit extension refusal

MY CANADA WORK PERMIT EXTENSION GOT REJECTED ON FOLLOWING GROUND:-

-(You have not complied with our request for information, per subsection 16(1) of the

IRPA. To date, you have failed to comply with our request for submission of the following

documents: Specifically, you did not submit the required fees.)

I applied outside canada when i submitted the extension they haven’t asked for FEE i uploaded my previous work permit fee slip. Again they requested proof of fee and again i submitted the same because i dont know where to submit the fee and i got refusal.

What to do should i reapply by myself or hire an immigration lawyer

Submitting previous permit fee payment has nothing to do with the refusal. Sadly you were given the opportunity to avoid refusal and to pay after the fact but did not so you may not be given that opportunity again although you should certainly pay for the WP extension and ask for reconsideration again. When does your current WP expire and what type of WP do you have? If PGWP if it expires in 2024 your employer will need an LMIA. How long have you been outside of Canada and when are you scheduled to return?
