I have been admitted into an MSc research program at Dalhousie University with full funding.
However, I'm on hepatitis b medication.

Please, I want to inquire about my chances of securing a Visa.

Chances are dependant on strength of profile but if doing a Masters, then good chance if you pass the medical.

I'm a first class graduate of Mechanical Engineering, going for MSc by research in Solar-driven hydrogen production technologies. I have over 3 years of experience as a solar power installer. Please, let me know if being hepatitis b positive and being on medication will affect or not affect my visa approval.
And what I need to do to get it. Thank you

Have you take the medical? If you pass it no issue. Having Hep B doesn’t mean you will not pass the medical.

Yes it can impact approval. Will depend on your health, treatment and prognosis.

Aside from the hepatitis B medication, I don't have any other medical issues, I did my medicals and I passed it. No organ damage, viral load is <10 UI/ml. Other examinations are perfect. No TB, no Siphilis, no HIV, good x-ray, other test are perfect.
