Receiving a pre-arrival services letter is typically a positive sign, indicating assistance with settlement upon arrival in Canada. However, since you're applying inland, its impact may be minimal. Focus on completing the requested medical exam and biometrics, as they are standard steps in the process

it isnt much help. they just sent you all the link you can look at. But if you want to find job. its nothing. they tell you to go test your english and skill.
Salut @Tong tong, I have just received same letter in the email yesterday and wanted to know
1. how important it is to register?
2. Would I jeopardize any thing if I choose not to register?
3. Do I have to fill exactly as I have filled in my IRCC work history and with the same NOCs if I choose to register?

Thanks again

All the services there are entirely voluntary. It's offered to help you. If you don't wish to use them - your choice.

I strongly doubt IRCC pays any attention to your work history and NOCs etc that you enter on any sites. They just want you to find employment and support yourself and your family. They're providing you resources to begin that process.
