PGWP and Spouse open work permit for a college student

Hi everyone,
I have an admission letter for a 2 year program in Algonquing college, begins from fall 2024 and I have applied for a study permit before January 22, 2024 (I mean before IRCC policy update). Also my husband applied for an open work permit as my companion.
However, I need to know about 2 things:
1.If my application was accepted, Am I eligible for a work permit after graduation?
2.Regarding the time of application ( before January 22, 2024 ) does my husband work permit application have any chance to be accepted?

1. If you meet conditions for PGWP, yes.
2. Don’t know. Depends on strength of your applications. All you can do is wait.

New college students are no more eligible for PGWP, Although I have applied before January 22, 2024 , I'm not accepted yet. So, does the new policy affect me?

What are you talking about? You have not done any research on what schools are no longer eligible. Read the changes. Look up your DLI. Policy doesn’t affect you but you will not know if SOWP is approved until IRCC responds.
