H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Hello all
I have an appointment tomorrow at Service Canada to do my biometric they required one of these documents (passport or travel document)
My passport is expired and it is with the CBSA officer I have only copy of it and I don’t have travel document . Is the passport copy working ?
What I should do?

Very tuff you should arrived service Canada 5 hrs early and ask them also call cbsa and ask them no other choice bring what ever u have and evidence of who have ur passport

So ones I got the PR if I apply for my dependent which over 23 age is it going to be accepted as dependent ?

On the IRCC website the age for dependent Eligibility is under 22 years old. I highly doubt that they will view your child as a dependent over 23 years.

If you have the refugee claimant document you can bring it with you and the letter from IRCC.

Yes make sure it has to have photo attached
Refugee paper has photo or. Paper with any valid photo ID

it took us about a month from AIP to Decision Made... but no any messages so far...

Any one know can apply PRTD under H&C and apply H&C one in Canada is it possible
