Express Entry - Dual Application in case of Spouse.

Hi Everyone, I have a question, my application is already there in the express entry pool. In which, I am the primary applicant and my wife is secondary. Since my application isn't covered under STEM, can we apply two seperate files for PR simultaneously under express entry? one file with her as a primary applicant and me as secondary and the other file with me as primary applicant and her as secondary? please let me know on this since my wife is falls under STEM category and our chances for PR will increase in that case.
