Security check stuck

After eligibility completed, my application went to security check since 24th Nov. Anyone has similar experience? How long shall I expect to get update?

Got BVL on January 10, 2024.
and I've been waiting for my final decision since then.

No visa number shows on tracker.
I raised a webform and they answered me through GCKEY messages in a letter named "information letter". It said that your application still in process and we will notify you when its finilized. I'm totally confused.

You need to be patient. Your processing times is very typical
