I am currently on a working visa in Canada. I have worked for a year now, and I have a full-time job as a finance assistant and IT manager at a company. I want to apply for permanent residency, but the problem is that I never completed my degree in my home country, but I have acquired some professional certificates here in Canada from short online courses from credited educational institutions. Do I still qualify for a PR? My wife is a student, and her mother is a Canadian citizen.

Don’t know if you qualify as you need to do some research. See if you are eligible for Express Entry or a PNP program? Short courses may not count as they have to be at least a year.
