My PNP score does not show up in my profile

I got my nominee approval letter on Feb 6 from Ontario. After that, I tried to update PNP status of my CIC profile, but it didn't work. So I withdrew that profile on Feb 8 and created a new profile. The problem is that even one week after creating the new profile, my PNP score does not show up. Here is the message in my profile:

Province/territory of nomination

• We are waiting to confirm that you were nominated by a province or territory. We will send you a message when the confirmation has been received.

What should I do to receive my score on my profile?

This is a non EE stream so why would your score show up on your CIC profile. You are applying for PR through non EE process. IRCC probably things you are trying to add points to EE profile but nothing to do with EE. Is this what is happening.

Yes. Since you are nominated with Job Offer - Foreign workers you apply through PR portal. You don’t and won’t get points added through your Express Entry profile.
