Haven't got extension yet, but last date is tomorrow to submit additional documents

Hi

I recently updated my marriage status using webform, so IRCC asked for my wife's documents within 30 days (15 Feb 2024 last date)

The PCC is taking longer than expected, so can't submit all the documents within the given time.

I have already submitted a webform to ask for extension on 11 Feb 2024, but haven't got any response, hence no last date extension is done.

It's not possible to submit the placeholder documents because the upload page for PCC looks like this:

Pls suggest what can I do?

It's says on the IRCC website to attach as much proofs as you have in case you haven't got it in time. Attaching the web page to look:
