Marriage after ITA

I have just received ITA, the cut off score was 422. My score is 462, but i'm going to get married and the score will be 444, which means we still would be eligible. I also have a Study permit approved, studies will start on May. When I was applying for SP on August 2023, I attached photos of me and my girlfriend in LOE telling that I have plans to get married with her.

So if we get married now before submitting all documents, is it possible that officer may reject adding my spouse ? Thank you in advance, I will consult with Immigration lawer as well.

No you can get married. Is your score based on her accompanying or non accompanying.

I don't understand your quesiton. IRCC cannot stop you from getting married.
Update your application/profile after and add your wife/husband as accomodating or not depending on your choice.
