Work Permit and Student Visa

Hi All,
Hope you all are in good health.
My wife went in closed work permit in Oct.2023 and after 3 months I have applied spouse open work permit for me and study permit for my daughter, it's been more than a month but as of now only Medical has updated in our file.
Can anyone please tell me how much more time I have to wait or any other way to speed up our file.

Where are you from? Has eligibility and background checks completed? No way to expedite.
