Applied for PGWP but didn't receive WP-EXT

I applied pgwp on 11 jan but still not received wp ext letter

You use old gc account for applying pgwp or new one

I used the old one . There is no sens to make new one . I think it is rather related to you previous study permit . Mine do not explicitly authorize work during studies . The only restriction is can not work in bars , sex related employers . I assumed that as long there is no restriction to work , I still can work . But as per my employer , either the condition to authorize working off campus is clearly stated on my study permit or IMM0127 should be delivered .

Because who use old account because of valid status are available in account they don't generate wpext letter just assumptions...so many who didn't received letter they used old account but with new one it gave letter for status....i guess

I don’t want to cancel the processing Pgwp , make new account , pay for fees and nothing is granted . I am very desperate .

Hi.
Normal processing time for now is three months for approval and with spouse it may be takes more time. So many faces same problem for that reason( old gc account )including me.... I will update if i got any response. Dont worry

You have valid study visa till now when you get your pgwp update them or ask them i m on applied position but my study visa is valid....if they agree . yeah you can work if your application submitted in portal whether you got wpext letter or not but you can work

I understand your situation but we cant do anything just wait ...hope everyone will get their visa soon and for Alberta I think waiting process is less .
