Immigration Inquiry: Seeking Guidance for Migration

Hi there!
I have been working for 6 months in a bank in Bangladesh as a Relationship Officer (SME Loan). Before this, I also worked in another bank in Bangladesh for almost five years in various departments such as customer service for 2 years, Credit Officer for 6 months, and Sub-Branch Incharge for 2 years.
I have completed my one-year master's and 4-year bachelor’s degrees, majoring in accounting.
I am currently preparing for the IELTS exam, and based on my assumptions, I anticipate scoring between 6 and 7 in the IELTS.
I am considering migrating along with my wife and 1-year-old child. Now, should I try for Express Entry or a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)?
I humbly request your guidance in detail. Although I have reviewed the websites, I believe your valuable suggestions would be beneficial.

You need ECA for your Masters and CLB 7 in IELTS to submit a profile. What do you think your score is? If not over 500 then ITA may not happen. You need to research PNP programs and see what provinces you are eligible for without working in Canada or having a job offer. Look at Saskatchewan as you don’t need job offer but your education must match your NOC, your SINP and NOC must selected too..
