MCC evaluated vs Transcript

Can anybody please clear something out for us:

I am a medical graduate and my degree was evaluated by the MCC , the established Canadian equivalency of my degree is Doctor of Medicine. But the Express entry requires us to upload the transcript with our grades and stuff , do I have to simply translate it and upload it alongside with the translation of my degree made by the MCC and the ECA report?

We are uploading the day after tomorrow

If it is in any other language then English, then translate and authorized and upload it along with transcript and ECA. If in English then transcript, completion certificate and ECA. There's no harm in attaching everything. I would personally go for as much as I can so as to not to give the officer a minute excuse to keep the file aside and ADR.

The diploma has already been translated by the MCC. It is curious really that we have just found out that we might need a transcript
We could translate it in a day no probs ,the WES also explicitly says that physicians have to get their docs evaluated via the MCC which we did and the MCC never asked for a transcript when we did ask them they said they didn't need it ......
