Received COPR number, but tracker shows eligibility not started. Is this normal?

Hi everyone,
My husband and I recently received the golden ready for visa email, and our application status is marked as completed. However, we noticed that in the eligibility section, it says "not started" for my husband's application, even though his COPR number is visible in the application tracker.
Additionally, the email mentioned that we have 30 days to submit certain documents, including our passports through VFS. However, when we checked the VFS portal, it stated that we need the passport request letter, which we haven't received yet. Is this normal? Should we expect the second letter on the portal soon?

I wouldn’t worry about what tracker is saying when you have a ready for visa email. Passport request is the “golden email” and that is what you send to VFS
