Completed 4 applications end of November. Were return and resends in december. No news since except 1 was return. No AOR, nothing! Not in spams or junk mail. We contact immigration via web form but no news. Any idea what is going on? Others in the same situation?

I’m trying to ask for an extension for both biometric and Medical. Does anyone know how to contact them? I tried to send a webform and it asked if the application is being treated outside of Canada. If I choose outside. It asked which visa office

I've sent messages through web form and I put that the application is being processed inside Canada. I always get a response.

There is an email address in the AOR they sent you. If you email them with your case number and ICU they will get back to you. TImeline is depend on volume. However, as soon as you notify them you should be okay. They would understand that.

I applied to bring my sister on December 12th. Just got the application returned because of "missing required information and/or documents". When I go to the portal, for her birth certificate it says "This document is incomplete, please review and update the document.". The document that we submitted was a translation of her birth certificate with the original. All the other documents were submitted the same and from the same translator and were approved.
2 questions:
1. Is there any way to find out what exactly is missing? is not clear
2. It says that they have reached capacity does that mean we can no longer submit the corrected document (once we figure out what is wrong with this one)?

I’d use the web form to send the document.
Some of my family members are in Chile and none of them take the program you must pay.

I always choose PR and the then express entry, this program is so new they haven’t updated the web form
