I got this in the email regarding my mother application. My mother don't have any dependent children! All over 22. My sister lives with her and same address, can that be a trigger for this? She is not financially dependent on my mother just lives with her so that she is not alone. What you think I should do? Send an explanation letter or just fill form and send for me and my sister as well as mentioned here? So confusing. I am sure the form was initially completed correctly and fully.

Also does this apply to all addresses in the form? Can I just put city, province and Country for any address outside of US and Canada? Like for my sister who is not in US or Canada?

I got a request this morning to pay the biometric fees for my mother and upload the receipt through the webform
Congrats. Few questions if you don’t mind to share- when you submitted your app? Any additional docs asked? If yes when you sent and is your applicant parent/s in Canada or out of Canada? thanks buddy.

Hi did you received an AOR?
I am not exactly sure what to expect at this point or what AOR looks like or represents. It is clear from their communication that they're receiving the documents I am sending them and they're acknowledging it, but I have no formal letter saying the application is considered complete or the processing has begun (if that's what AOR means) … yet they asked to pay the biometric fee … so I don't know what to make of it.

Hello, An Acknowledgment of Receipt(AOR) is an official document that confirms that Immigration, Refugees, Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has received your application.
No, I have not yet received my AoR.

Provide them what they're asking for i.e. for non-Canada and US address City/Province/Country and you can add to it additional pieces of address information like unit#, street, postal code, etc. that complete the address. Extra information won't hurt :)
