Express Entry profile status - no longer eligible to be in the pool

Hi, I did my Express Entry Eligibility and as soon I was done, I got a message that stated, "We regret to inform you that you are no longer eligible to be in the pool. Check your messages below for details."https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fHI_dFWQxnKT_mM8_hlBPGANYFKo7L_r/view?usp=sharing

I'll greatly appreciate some assistance or guidance as I'm not sure exactly why my score came to be zero, based on my education, test results and work experiences it shouldn't be.

You either don't meet the minimum requirements to apply or you have answered one or more questions incorrectly in your EE profile. Do you have ECA? Meet the minimum income requirements? Have valid language test scores? Have at least 67 points under FSW?

when they said, "Do you have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province, territory or federal body? "

do they mean my Educational credential assessment ? i answered "no" for that question.

No - they mean a trade certification like a plumber.
