30/Oct/2023 applicant. Me/Sponsor received extra documents request towards dependent relationship with the principal applicant on 02/02/2024 and replied with desired documents on same day. Asked for Adhaar and Voter Cards. Affidavit was submitted with passport having both names during application. Wondering same time how I will know ircc received , is this one way communication? Please advise if any one sent docs and did ircc respond back for receipt or update on file?

I was asked for additional documents and I sent them and I was wondering the same thing. However, I called the client support Center for CIC yesterday and they confirmed that the documents were received. Maybe giving them a call will ease your mind a little.

Congratulations!

Do you mind sharing the gist of what the AOR says? Have they given you an application number and the status of your application online has moved from Submitted to something else?

Secondly what did you provide as evidence for proof of relationship in addition to birth certificate, marriage certificates etc.?
Means application has been received and the application has been reviewed and no additional information is needed at the moment and no forms have been filled out incorrectly or are incomplete. Sponsor eligibility is a different thing and is typically the next step. Sponsor eligibility can be passed but sponsor can be found to be ineligible further down the line so passing sponsor eligibility isn’t a 100% guarantee that sponsor is elligibole.

Just curious ... you've mentioned in your signature the local visa office as Ottawa, ON; Delhi, IN, where did you get that from? Was that communicated to you in one of the emails they sent you?

Is everyone getting asked for IMM5406?
No, that's the randomness of it! They haven't asked me for it, not so far at least. And reading through this forum a few others like me have not been asked. But I see several others have been. It appears like they're on a mission to find some or the other fault in everyone's application whether or not its reasonable!?!?!?!?

I got this in the email regarding my mother application. My mother don't have any dependent children! All over 22. My sister lives with her and same address, can that be a trigger for this? She is not financially dependent on my mother just lives with her so that she is not alone. What you think I should do? Send an explanation letter or just fill form and send for me and my sister as well as mentioned here? So confusing. I am sure the form was initially completed correctly and fully.

This refers to your application for sponsorship of a parent or grandparent (PGP) submitted in
