You can submit your application and wait for AOR which will take 2-3 weeks . 4 weeks is not enough time to reach test stage.
How long does it take to reach the test stage from date of application on an average?
End of January 2024 applications are getting AOR after 8-10 days now
1-4 weeks but it depends on your processing office. Not all work at the same speed.
Also you get a window of one month between which you can give your test anytime. You can give your test from outside Canada too.
