does work experience as a plumber count for FSW if I don't have an education for this?

I have a degree in marketing, but I worked as a plumber in a construction company, they didn't require any related diploma in the field. Is this experience eligible for FSW ?

It depends on whether or not the province in which you intend to work gives certificate of qualification . If it doesn’t then a valid job offer ( with LMIA) will suffice. Read eligibility for trades.
To qualify for this stream, it’s a valid job offer or certificate of qualification issued by provincial or territorial body in Canada.

What matters is that your work matches what’s listed in the NOC for plumbers. I had a buddy in a similar spot—worked as a plumber without formal training and still got through because his experience ticked the right boxes.
