Canada visitor visa refusal despite having sponsor and great funds and job. Next steps?

Hi All, I applied for visitor visa. my boyfriend who is a PR invited me for valentine's day.
Today I got a refusal stating that:

"Thank you for your interest in coming to Canada. I have reviewed your temporary resident visa (visitor visa) application and supporting documentation to assess whether you meet the requirements for a visitor visa (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/eligibility.html). This includes assessing whether you are coming to Canada temporarily for the reason(s) you describe in your application. I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/I-2.5/index.html) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/index.html). I am refusing your application.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-179.html). Good morning,

Yeah i had the same declined reason when i applied back on Nov, my fiance is on a work permit there, she invited to pass a week together due to our anniversary and i was declined because of the same reason, however i never added any of my kids birth certificate, vehicle registration, along with job and college letter to show strong ties to CAD also we change the purpose of trip on this time since her birthday is coming in April.

Hope i get thru this time.

How long have you been dating, how much time have you spent in person, when did your bf get PR, are you employed and is this a longterm decent paying job, do you have family ties to your home country like a child, what is your international travel history, how much savings have your shown, do you own any property, etc.?

He got PR in 2021. I m employed since 4 years and earning well. I have my parents here. I don't own any property as such. We are in long distance since 2019 . We met once in2020 in India. Now I m so confused wht reason to give?

I have been suggested two reasons to reapply
1. He is planning to buy home n he wants me to become part of that decision as it involves huge investment. Or
2. We are planning to get engaged in Canada and I ll be back after 20 days by adding leave approval letter.

Suggest me other solid reason to apply.

Neither of those is a particularly good reason to be approved for a TRV, with the second one going a long way to confirm you are a potential risk for overstaying.

Is there a reason you couldn’t get engaged in India? Do you have proof of needing to be India in the future? Visit temporarily as a tourist. The reasons you were thinking of using make it fairly clear you have plans to remain in Canada long term.

You can still say that you are visiting your boyfriend but the purpose of this visit should be to be a tourist in Canada, see the sights, visit places, etc.

Saying you plan to get engaged or that he wants your involvement in selecting what house to buy is the wrong approach.

Anyway, ultimately your call what you do.

Yes, it can certainly help to have a travel history. For IRCC to consider it, this needs to be to countries requiring visas such as the US, UK, Europe, etc.
