Enquire with your Uni if they will be able to send your completion certificate and transcript directly to IQAS, if yes all good as this is what they need. Won't accept one's sent by you.

Is that possible, that a Uni can send the certificates and transcripts directly? Also will they give the same equivalency as they would with a degree?

That's a normal process for all ECAs since long way. All the people who have achieved PR and had attached ECAs have done same....So yes....
