Zero Points for Canadian Work Experience (FSW)?

Hello everyone,

I graduated from university in September last year (also switched from study to post-grad work permit in September via flagpoling), and I finally took the CELPIP test earlier this week to meet the minimum requirements for Express Entry (via the FSW program). Even though I don't have a full year of skilled work experience in Canada under a work permit yet (I've been working the same full-time TEER 3 job since January 2023), I figured I'd go ahead and submit my profile anyway just in case they decide to do one of those crazy draws.

The thing is I'm getting zero points under the "CRS - Human Capital - Canadian Work Experience." I did get points for my foreign work experience, which is under the same TEER code (13110) as most of my Canadian work experience, which is also my primary occupation. These were all my work history form submissions:
  1. [Foreign] Nov 2018 to Mar 2022: TEER 13110 (admin assistant) at 44 hours per week
  2. [Canadian - Company #1] Apr 2022 to Sep 2022: TEER 14403 (inventory associate) at 20 hours per week (answered "Yes" to "Studying full-time while doing this job?")
  3. [Canadian - Company #1] Sep 2022 to Jan 2023: TEER 12013 (inventory supervisor) at 20 hours per week (answered "Yes" to "Studying full-time while doing this job?")
  4. [Canadian - Company #2] Jan 2023 to Sep 2023: TEER 13110 (admin assistant) at 38 hours per week (answered "Yes" to "Studying full-time while doing this job?") *Working full-time and studying full-time after the 20-hour cap was lifted*
  5. [Canadian - Company #2] Sep 2023 - current: TEER 13110 (admin assistant) at 38 hours per week (answered "No" to "Studying full-time while doing this job?") *Since I graduated and changed permits in September*
I've tried updating the forms and submitting again, but my Canadian experience score stays a zero. Does anybody have any idea why this could be happening?

Why would you get your Canadian experience counted if you don’t have a year following graduation. You cannot count Canadian experience as a student.

Do you only start getting Canadian experience points for FSW after one year of experience under a work permit?

I know that Canadian experience gained while studying does count towards the minimum requirements for FSW, which is what caused the confusion for me.

You start gaining Canadian experience following graduation on your PGWP.
