I had paid 9000cad fees on 21st jan . My college in sheridan college (brampton) and i opted for computer programming 2 year course . Is there any possibility that ill get the attestation letter ?

Hello guys, i came through a lot of article about “ATTESTATION LETTER '' and know that province will be given a limited number of Quota to give their attested letter and then province will decide the number of student will go to which college/University and they'll attest only those number not more than that...so,if someone don't get their attestation letter it's not their fault.. Will they get their full tution fee back from college or varsity... If they don't want to try for next intake.. is it like this.
