Hello All,

It breaks my heart that my infant(boy) nephew's travel visa got refused recently. please see below points

1) My sister, brother in law and my niece's travel visa just arrived 1 month ago after they lost all hope because their visa took approximately 1.5 years to process.
2) Since the visa took too long my sister delivered another baby (my nephew), but they didn't update this information on their file (at the time was still in process)
3) So we applied for the infant nephew's visa mentioning that the rest of the family members received their visas and they cannot travel without the infant.
4) we used all the required paperwork, Certificate of birth, my invitation letter, my sister's NOC from her job, their travel itinerary , bank statements etc.

But the heartless visa officer still went ahead and denied the visa.

Is there something I am missing that could prove to be a game changer in the visa?

Please help

Thanks

Order GCMS notes. Where did he apply from? How long was visit? What were reasons for refusal?

It is very common for a child/infant not to be approved. Their son is a tie to return to home country if the whole family has a visa.

“ Heartless “ ?

The kids a tie to ensure everyone returns.
You can blame far too many arriving on visitors visas as a family and not returning back to their country . And tbh , an infants not going to remember a trip
And people gotta keep in mind . It’s not a god given right one is given a visa to enter Canada just because they apply
