Medical Request for Visitor Visa Extension

Hello,

We received the Medical Request for my in laws visitor visa extension and for some reason we forgot to print the form IRCC sent us and did the medical for them as upfront with a new IME number than IRCC requested.

In this situation, what are the options, can the upfront medical can be used eventhough a medical requested with a different IME number?

Please advise.

Sorry, just noticed, IME numbers on upfront and requested medical is same. In this case, do we need to contact ircc still?
