No, when I check it says "We can't give you the application status right now". It's been more than 3 weeks since the application already.
you are entitled to automatic refund of 25% if some delay is there from 10business days (assuming you applied in a passport office instead of regular service canada).. and 50% refund if long delay is there.

I am located in Vancouver. This was my timeline though:
  • 2023-06-06 Application filed
  • 2023-07-12 AOR Received
  • 2023-10-17 Background verification completed
  • 2023-10-20 Citizenship test scheduled
  • 2023-10-30 Completed the citizenship test (20/20)
  • 2023-11-09 Test updated to complete (complete date Nov 7)
  • 2023-11-20 Requested scan copies of passport
  • 2023-11-21 Passport copies submitted
  • 2023-12-20 LPP updated to complete (complete date Dec 18)
  • 2023-12-21 Oath invitation received for Jan 4
  • 2024-01-04 Oath (I was able to download the certificate sometime the next day)
Vancouver primary office (Sydney secondary).

Hello everyone,

I received GCMS notes today. Everything is still the same nothing changed (LPP - Not Started). However, in the notes section, there is a new note (picture attached).

They have requested ICES from CBSA which is to confirm my travel history. Is it a good sign? How long does CBSA usually takes to respond. Should I send the scanned copies of stamped pages of my passport, if it can fast track the process?
