Looks like we’re on a very similar timeline, I applied 12/24/20 and just got medical request + ADR last week! I think the North American visa offices are just a couple of months slower to process applications.
Please keep us updated on your progress! Hopefully not too much longer until you get CoPR!
I’ll share my timeline here as well since my application was received at the very end of 2020 when the offices were closed for the holidays so it seems like I’m on a similar timeline to early 2021 applicants.
December 2020 - Application received
January 2021 - Temp AOR
May 2023 - Permanent AOR + biometrics request
May 2023 - Biometrics submitted
January 2024 - Medical requests + ADR (travel history + schedule A Background declaration and updated FBI check).
Good Luck everyone! Hoping for some approvals in this stream soon

Why NO JUSTICE for Self-Employed applicants?
Wow things are definitely moving a bit faster for you it seems! There are quite a few people I know of that applied in 2020 who are still waiting for their medical requests/ADR. It seems like it’s very visa office dependent but since it’s been 8 months since you got AOR it can’t be far off!We have a very similar timeline!
I also got AOR + Bio request in May 2023 so I'm hoping my ADR + medical are just around the corner I applied in June 2021.
