EE Profile says you are not eligible for ExpressEntry atm

Hello Can some help me with an explanation please.. tried to create my EE Profile
i keep getting the error message
Your Express Entry profile has been reviewed and we have determined that you are not eligible for ExpressEntry at this time.
Getting a zero in my profile but my details are
CELPIP L=10 R=8 W=7 S=11 a band 9
FSW= 4years with 2 years NOC 82030
Age= 27
Education: Bachelor's degree (WES)

i really do not understand why i keep getting a zero
wrote fees to come into canada with 14,000

also can i add i already live in canada..Currently schooling here
my address i put canada_ would that be an issue??

please can someone advice why i keep getting a zero and not been even let in the Pool.. Thank you

Do you have at least 67 eligibility points? If so you must be answer a question wrong.

Ok so I should only put a continuous work term if I understand this.. I have a continuous work term for 2 years and another for 2years.. a break of 1 month in btw .. 2 different NOC.. hence I can only claim points for one according to your information ?

To be eligible you need at least one year of full time continuous work (no breaks) in one NOC. So make sure you are typing in the dates/times correctly. You can claim both jobs if skilled but one is your primary.
