Loss access to my refugee portal

Hello everyone
I have applied using the portal and I have a hearing date according to my lawyer. However I am trying to access the portal again and look at my application and it doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Do your application just disappear after being referred to IRB or I should be able to access it until the process is done? I have tried my email and password and it does not work when like it doesn’t exist anymore. What should I do?

it happened to me too and they revoked my account. You dont really need it. All communication will be through lawyer and just prepare for your hearing.
