In January 22 I recieved an email asking me to reupload my ielts resutls. Today, I've got BIL and MED updated (upfront) in Gc key. AOR Nov 8.

I am November 9 AOR, I still didn't receive anything. I guess IRCC does not follow a pure FIFO system, or maybe it depends on the visa officer.
After 75 days of waiting, I find it hard to be patient.

Don't worry. When you get MEP/BIL, you'd also get eligibility passed within the next two days too.

IRCC works in mysterious ways. Don't worry man. You'll get it by the end of this week.
they handle cases per batches. each agent will receive let's say a batch for dates between Nov 1st and nov 10th. another one will recieve from Nov 10 to 20th etc. but agent A can be a bit slower than agent B that's why we may see people from the 2nd batch may have BIL's earlier than the others
I just received MEP and the UCI changed. I also received an ADR (TCF certificate). I uploaded the document and now I am waiting for the BIL.
