I have come on ICT Visa in Ontario, can my company sponsor or Co-sign my pr application. If yes, what is the process

Research Express Entry and the PNP program for the province where you are living. Companies cannot co-sign or sponsor you. They can support you through job offers. Note that your ICT will not count as a job offer under EE until you have worked for your employer for a full year in Canada.
