PCC done from India - is it valid while applying PR from Canada?

Dear All

I have moved from India to Canada in Sep'23 on closed WP. I have got PCC done from India couple of weeks before my travel to Canada.

Now I have got ITA based on province nomination. Can someone pls guide whether PCC I got from India would work to apply for PR? Or do I need to get new PCC done as PCC issued from India was few weeks before my Canada travel?

Will appreciate any advice to my query.

No, this PCC doesn't cover your entire duration in India. In express entry, IRCC considers this PCC as invalid. You need a new PCC that covers your entire duration in India.
