Who submitted his application for CEC with close work permit and have offer letter from same employer for job after getting PR
He submitted his application 4 days before completion of 1 year experience
is there anyone experienced this ? Like what to do now or what will happen? He passed R10 completeness now waiting for eligibility to start.

Currently he is working for same employer on closed WP. does anyone faces same and in the end get PR

It could go either way. It will be up to IRCC. It's too bad he didn't wait the four days to submit. Good luck.

If the officer administrates the IRPA and IRPR correctly, his application should be refused. the law requires candidates to fulfil the work experience they claimed when they receive the invitation. even earlier than when they submit their e-APR, unless they satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria and minimum CRS score of the round they were drawn even if the incomplete part of their profile is not counted.

It could go either way, the officer could show some grace and discretion on their part and accept your friend's application. However, if your friend wants to be rock solid it is better to withdraw the application and create another express entry profile.
