Changing College

Hello there,
Asking for a friend here. So my friend here is dropping her first semester plus changing college (Jan Intake). She is planning on starting new program at a new college in May Intake. So my question is: does that 4 month gap (Jan-April) affects her PGWP in future or not? Also, what if the college has an official drop as well?
Any help is appreciated.

No impact to the PGWP as long as she completes the new program without any unscheduled breaks.

Note that she needs to get a new study permit.

By last question, i mean if a college has one official semester drop. That makes it Two drops in total. Would that affect PGWP?
